Batting

The key to batting efficiently is having good hand eye cordination and being able to time the pitch. If you can time up the pitch and are able to keep your eye on the ball, you will eventually become a great hitter and the mechanics of hitting will come. Also, keeping your head clear when hitting, becasue you can not hit and think at the same time.
